Does that dash belong to the same van? The van looks like it's from the 90s, the dash looks more 60s or 70s.

Well, since that chassis dates from the 70’s, that’s be a yes. Dodge did a mild update in the late 90’s, with a bit more modern dash, but not much else.

That dashboard dates back to 1978. It was used in the last year of the first generation, all of the second generation, and until 1998 in the last generation.
They used the same dashboard for 20 years.
